Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or destinations outside this service area.
Shipping cost
All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. There is no minimum order value. No expedited shipping service is offered.
Handling time
Order handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Handling is the period before shipment; it is separate from transit time.
Order cut-off
The order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders accepted before the cut-off on a business day enter the handling window that day. Orders accepted after the cut-off, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter the window on the next business day.
Transit and estimated total delivery time
After dispatch, standard transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Combined handling and transit give an estimated total delivery window of 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start day. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; carrier conditions, holidays and address issues can affect timing.
