Palettium / Customer care
Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when using our website and purchasing our products.
About Palettium
This website is operated by Palettium, 4 Rue De Bretteville, 50430 Saint-Germain-Sur-Ay, France. For questions, contact [email protected].
Products and pricing
Prices are displayed in USD. Review the selected product, included pieces, dimensions, color and price before purchasing. Product images illustrate the selected design; screens can display colors differently. Product availability and prices may change, and the applicable amount is shown before payment submission.
Seat suitability
Our covers are selected by dimensions and seat structure rather than a verified vehicle-specific fit list. Review the product fit guidance and obtain vehicle-appropriate compatibility confirmation before installation. Do not obstruct airbags, restraint components, seat-belt buckles or seat controls. No unverified airbag, heating, ventilation or vehicle compatibility is promised.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize the payment amount shown at checkout using a payment method you are entitled to use. A payment attempt alone does not establish that payment has completed or that an order has been accepted.
Order acceptance
Please review all information before submission. An order is accepted when Palettium confirms acceptance. A payment authorization or submission acknowledgement alone is not confirmation of order acceptance. If you need help with an order or wish to request a change, contact us; any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Delivery
Delivery areas, shipping charges and estimated handling and transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Returns and refunds
Return requests, applicable conditions, shipping responsibility and refund timing are described in our Return & Refund Policy. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
Website use and contact
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit information you are not entitled to provide. For product, order or service questions, email [email protected].

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain relevant information handling and browser storage.
